Shady Acres is a three star guest house situated in the heart of the beautiful Mooi River Estate area five minutes from the University, Medi Clinic, city centre and all major sports facilities. All the antique furnished rooms overlook a large shady garden with beautiful mature trees and abundant bird life and offer an uninterrupted view over adjacent fields. This is a haven for the nature lover who loves to be woken by bird song and would like to take long walks while watching sheep and horses grazing in the distance.

In addition to full conference facilities for 40 people with leather chairs and an antique furnished dining room for 30 people we also offer 12 large single, double and family rooms including a honeymoon suite and 2 self-catering units. Each room is en-suite and has a private entrance, secured shaded parking and full TV facilities. Tee and coffee in rooms, fridges in certain rooms. Breakfast is included if desired and dinner is available on request. Barbeque facilities available at the gazebo.
