Pepper Tree Guest House is situated in Potchefstroom in the North West Province, close to the entrances from the Free State and Gauteng Provinces. It is located in a quiet residential area with very easy access to the central business district, the Potchefstroom Country Club and the Agricultural College.The Potchefstroom Campus of the North West University  is within 3 km reach.

The guest house derives its name from a very old and large pepper-tree ( Schinus molle ), standing on the property. Two spacious double rooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, are available. A choice of two twin beds or one king size bed is on offer in each room. Both rooms are fitted with under-floor heating for the cold highveld winter.

A full English breakfast is provided and is included in the tariff. All tariffs are available on request.
